Our 90-Day Return Promise

We want you to love your Elyos. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return your product within 90 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
